    Industrial Infrastructure Development Scheme

    Purpose:

    A Maharashtra Government project-support mechanism for creation or strengthening of essential industrial infrastructure through eligible State implementing agencies. It is intended for common or area-level infrastructure rather than an individual enterprise subsidy.

    Objective:

    To remove infrastructure gaps affecting industrial development by supporting projects such as approach roads, water supply, power-related facilities, drainage, common utilities and other approved infrastructure that benefits an industrial area or group of units.

    Beneficiary:

    Eligible State implementing agencies, industrial development bodies, local authorities or other agencies permitted by the operative Government Resolution. The proposal should demonstrate industrial need, land availability, technical feasibility, statutory readiness and measurable benefits to the industrial ecosystem.

    Benefits:

    State financial assistance or budgetary support for an approved portion of eligible project cost, subject to sanction, funding pattern, milestones and utilisation conditions prescribed by the State Government.

    How To Apply

    Procedure:
    1. Identify the essential industrial infrastructure requirement.
    2. Prepare a detailed project proposal with cost, land, approvals and expected industrial benefits.
    3. Submit through the eligible implementing agency, such as MIDC or another concerned State agency.
    4. Proposal is scrutinised and placed before the State Steering Committee.
    5. After approval, comply with sanction conditions, implementation milestones and utilisation reporting.
