    How To Apply

    Procedure:
    1. Establish or expand an eligible industrial unit in Maharashtra.
    2. Obtain Udyam/other applicable registration and statutory approvals.
    3. Prepare investment, finance, employment and location-category documents.
    4. Apply to the competent implementing authority for an Eligibility Certificate.
    5. Complete inspections/verification and obtain the Eligibility Certificate.
    6. Submit periodic claims with GST, electricity, interest, stamp-duty and investment evidence, as applicable.
