Beneficiary:
Eligible entrepreneurs proposing a permitted activity within the prescribed location, project cost and investment limits. The applicant and project must comply with the conditions prescribed by the Directorate of Industries and the financing bank.
Benefits:
Margin/seed-money assistance or soft-loan support linked to institutional finance, subject to the sanctioned project cost, beneficiary contribution and recovery terms.
How To Apply
Procedure:
1. Visit the concerned DIC and obtain the prescribed application form.
2. Prepare a small project report and machinery-cost details.
3. Submit identity, address, category, project and bank documents to DIC.
4. DIC checks eligibility and forwards/recommends the case to the bank.
5. Complete bank appraisal and sanction formalities.
6. Bring own contribution and complete disbursement and seed-capital documentation.
Required Documents: Application form, identity/address/age proof, domicile, educational or technical qualification where required, project report, quotations, bank consent/sanction, land or premises document, category certificate if applicable and undertaking regarding earlier subsidy benefits.
