Entrepreneurship Development Training Programme (EDTP)
Purpose:
A State entrepreneurship-development programme delivered through District Industries Centres or approved training institutions to prepare eligible aspiring entrepreneurs for self-employment and enterprise management.
Objective:
To develop entrepreneurial motivation and practical skills in project selection, business planning, finance, registrations, production, marketing, compliance and enterprise management.

Benefits:
Structured entrepreneurship training, counselling, project guidance and linkage with DIC schemes, banks and support institutions. Training support may be fully or partly sponsored depending on the batch and category.
How To Apply
Procedure:
1. Contact the concerned DIC or approved training institution.
2. Select the suitable programme: introduction, entrepreneurship development or technical training.
3. Submit the enrolment form with identity, education and contact details.
4. Attend screening/orientation, if prescribed.
5. Complete the required training and attendance.
6. Obtain the completion certificate and use DIC support for project/finance linkage.
