    Special Amnesty Scheme for Non-viable/Closed Industrial Units

    Purpose:

    A time-bound State relief mechanism for eligible non-viable or closed industrial units to settle specified outstanding State dues or liabilities under the conditions of the notified amnesty window.

    Objective:

    To facilitate closure or settlement of legacy liabilities, improve recovery of Government dues, reduce prolonged disputes and enable eligible assets or promoters to regularise their position.

    How To Apply

    Procedure:
    1. Confirm the unit meets closed/non-viable eligibility conditions.
    2. Compile closure, loan, asset, statutory dues and management/transfer documents.
    3. Apply to the General Manager, DIC or competent authority under the prescribed procedure.
    4. Obtain verification/recommendation from the relevant committee/authority.
    5. Pay eligible principal Government dues in one lump sum, where sanctioned.
    6. Complete transfer/exit and obtain waiver/closure orders for eligible interest and penalty.
