    The New Technology Centres and Extension Centres initiative strengthens the technology-support infrastructure available to MSMEs. The centres provide access to advanced manufacturing technologies, machinery, tooling facilities, testing, technical consultancy, training and product-development services. APMSMEONE lists NTCEC under the Technology & Quality category.
