National Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Hub, NSSH Scheme
Purpose
Supports existing and aspiring SC/ST entrepreneurs through capacity building, technology upgradation, market access, tender participation, financial linkages and public-procurement facilitation.

National SC-ST Hub was launched in October 2016 under the Ministry of MSME. It supports implementation of the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs Order, 2012, including the procurement target for SC/ST-owned MSEs.

Available across India. As of 31 July 2026, the Hub reported assistance to more than 1.90 lakh SC/ST beneficiaries.

Applicable Fee
Registration is generally free. The enterprise initially pays eligible expenses under reimbursement-based components; assistance is released after verification.
Mode of Fee Payment
Pay banks, testing laboratories, councils or approved service providers through traceable banking channels and retain invoices and payment evidence.
