Issuance and renewal of a licence for manufacture of lubricating oil and grease
Detailed about the Scheme and Procedure for Application
Persons undertaking processing, manufacturing, blending, compounding, packaging or refining of lubricating oils and greases must obtain the prescribed licence. The applicant should submit the application with business constitution documents, factory or premises details, manufacturing process, installed machinery and capacity, product specifications, source of base oil and additives, storage arrangements, environmental and factory permissions where applicable, quality-control arrangements, details of partners/directors, and the previous licence for renewal. The competent office may scrutinise the documents and inspect the premises before grant or renewal. Grant & Renewal
