    Purpose:

    A Maharashtra Government assistance scheme for eligible co-operative industrial estates, supporting their capital structure and development of common industrial infrastructure for member units.

    Objective:

    To promote organised industrial estates through co-operative participation, facilitate common infrastructure and premises, and support decentralised industrial development.

    Registered co-operative industrial estate societies satisfying membership, land, project viability, own-contribution, governance and other conditions prescribed by the State Government and Registrar/Industries authorities.

    Benefits:

    Government share-capital contribution or related financial assistance within the prescribed ratio and ceiling, subject to sanction, release milestones, utilisation and repayment/redemption conditions.

    How To Apply

    Procedure:
    1. Form/register the co-operative industrial estate and secure member participation.
    2. Conduct technical and economic feasibility survey.
    3. Prepare land, infrastructure, finance and member-unit project proposal.
    4. Obtain district-level recommendation/funding concurrence.
    5. Seek administrative approval from Government and technical approval from the Directorate of Industries.
    6. Execute financing arrangements and utilise assistance for approved estate infrastructure.

    Required Documents: Society registration and bye-laws, member list, audited accounts, managing-committee resolution, land/title papers, layout and approvals, DPR and cost estimates, financing plan, member contribution proof, statutory permissions and implementation schedule.
