    Purpose:

    Provides post-certification reimbursement to eligible MSEs for quality, environmental and food-safety certification expenses. [my.msme.gov.in]

    Applicable Fee

    No separate Government application fee is specified. The enterprise initially pays the certification, consultancy and audit expenses. Eligible costs are reimbursed later, subject to approval.

    Mode of Fee Payment

    Pay the accredited certification body or eligible consultant through a traceable banking channel and retain invoices, receipts and bank-payment evidence.

    Time Required for Decision

    No uniform processing period is published. Claims are processed after document verification, eligibility scrutiny and availability of funds.

    Benefits:

    Reimbursement of 75% of eligible certification expenditure, subject to a maximum of ₹75,000 per enterprise. Assistance is generally one-time, after adjusting similar support received elsewhere.

    How To Apply

    Application procedure:
    Submit the reimbursement claim to the concerned local MSME-DFO, formerly MSME-DI, according to the prescribed procedure. Confirm acceptance of new claims before submission.
