    National SC/ST Hub

    Purpose:

    The National SC/ST Hub develops a supportive ecosystem for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe entrepreneurs. It helps SC/ST-owned Micro and Small Enterprises build capacity, upgrade technology, access markets and participate effectively in public procurement.

    Primary Benefit

    Professional, technical, financial, capacity-building and market-access support for SC/ST entrepreneurs, particularly to improve participation in public procurement.

    Key documents:

    • Valid Udyam Registration Certificate.
    • SC/ST caste certificate of the proprietor, partner, director or promoter.
    • Aadhaar and PAN details.
    • Constitution documents such as partnership deed, incorporation certificate or memorandum and articles, where applicable.
    • Ownership or shareholding proof demonstrating eligible SC/ST control.
    • Bank details and cancelled cheque.
    • Invoices, receipts, proof of payment or participation documents for reimbursement claims.
    • Additional documents required by the relevant sub-scheme.

    Who implements the scheme?

    The National Small Industries Corporation under the Ministry of MSME.

    Is the scheme active?

    Yes. The official portal shows active programmes and performance information through FY 2026–27.

    Beneficiary:

    • The applicant enterprise should be a Micro or Small Enterprise. • The enterprise must be owned and controlled by Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe entrepreneur(s). • For eligible non-proprietary entities, SC/ST entrepreneurs should ordinarily hold at least 51% ownership or controlling interest. • Valid Udyam Registration and relevant SC/ST certificate are required for applicable benefits. • Additional eligibility conditions depend on the selected sub-scheme or reimbursement component.

    How To Apply

    1. Visit the National SC/ST Hub portal.
    2. Register the SC/ST-owned Micro or Small Enterprise.
    3. Select the relevant scheme, training programme, reimbursement or business-support component.
    4. Complete enterprise and promoter details.
    5. Upload the prescribed Udyam, category, ownership, expenditure or programme documents.
    6. Submit the application or reimbursement claim.
    7. Track the application and respond to any clarification requested by the Hub or implementing office.
