    Detailed about the Scheme and Procedure for Application

    The Eligibility Certificate formally establishes the unit’s eligibility, eligible fixed capital investment, entitlement period, monetary ceiling, and applicable incentives under PSI 2013. The applicant must submit the application after commencement of commercial production with the project report, power sanction and bills, first sale invoice, raw-material purchase invoice, project appraisal, Chartered Engineer and Architect certificates, CA certificates, MPCB consents, building approval, tax registrations, employment details, bank loan documents, asset statements, and prescribed declarations. The application is scrutinised at DIC, Regional Office, or Head Office level based on the unit’s classification.
